At WHE, every product is handcrafted by traditional artisans, making each piece unique in its own way. Slight variations in texture, weave, print placement, color, surface detailing, or stitching are a natural part of the handmade process and should not be considered defects. These beautiful imperfections are what make handcrafted products truly special.
However, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and want you to have a seamless shopping experience with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost, including shipping charges.
• Any issue related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• If the product does not meet your personal expectations or you would still like to return it for any other reason, we are happy to accept the return, provided the item meets our return conditions. In such cases, the return shipping charges would be applicable to the customer.
• Personalized, customized, and made-to-order jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Non-returnable items will not be eligible for refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
